All return & replacement cases shall be considered within 7 days after the date of delivery of your order.

Our Refund Policy:
- Refund shall be processed only as Store Credits.
- Our store credits can be used on both ustraa.com & happilyunmarried.com
- Store credits given as refund never expire.
- Shipping and / or Cash on Delivery (COD) charge/s, if paid shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
- We shall deduct a handling charge from your refundable amount if your order has any of these products:
- Ustraa Eau De Parfum (EDP) – Rs. 99 as handling charge
- Ustraa Cologne for Men – Rs. 99 as handling charge
- Ustraa Beard Trimmers – Rs. 149 as handling charge
- If order has two or more of above products, then product with highest handling charge shall be used to calculate the amount.
